Is confidentiality guaranteed?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy, and your privacy will always be respected according to ethical guidelines and legal regulations.

How long does each therapy session last?

Each session lasts 45-50 minutes, but the frequency and duration depends on your specific needs and goals which will discuss during your initial session.

What is your cancellation policy?

Minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellaitions or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee which will be discussed during your first session.

Do you offer in-person therapy sessions?

I currently do not offer in-person sessions. Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure HIPPA compliant platform to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
